Since completing the Warrior Dash I am completely focused on becoming stronger and increasing my endurance. I signed up for a Spartan run that will be here in two months, so I need to be ready! I decided I am going to do a hybrid between PiYo and 21 Day Fix. Here’s the plan:
When I’m beginning a new round of workouts. I write out each workout and highlight them once completed. Some weeks I get off track and am not able to workout every single day. I would always restart the whole program then and get frustrated with myself for restarting. This way I just pick up where I left off. It may take me a few extra days to finish, but at least I feel accomplished and not frustrated with myself.
