For some reason happiness does not come easy for me. For some reason I just focus on negative aspects of my life rather than positive ones. The Instant Happy Journal has changed that for me slowly but surely.
Every night I do a journal entry and it helps me narrow in on what went well for the day. I wake up positive and happy. Each day has a different exercise. It could be to write a list, answer a question, or reflect on a quote. I REALLY enjoy this journal and I’m not a writer at all.
