I felt like a little peanut butter today, but wanted some fruit as well. This hit the spot!
- handful of spinach and kale
- 1/4 cup of Triple Zero vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- small banana
- 1 tbsp. peanut powder
- 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
- 8 oz water
It was delicious!!!
