30 Day PiYo Update

IMG_5567 After 30 Days of PiYo I am proud to say that I have lost 3 pounds and 5 inches all around. FullSizeRender I can honestly say my diet was not the best, and I was on vacation for a week of it.  Overall I’m VERY happy with my results.  My upper body is much stronger and my lower body is really getting toned.  I am truly looking forward to what the next 30 days will bring.

Drench was introduced this week.  This 48 minute workout worked every single muscle in the body.  I was absolutely drenched in sweat.  It is a much more fast paced workout and you do almost every PiYo exercise from previous workouts.  I really enjoyed it, and definitely felt it all over the next day.
