PiYo: Week Two

Chalean introduced a new class this week…Core.   It lasts 30 minutes long and focuses completely on your core.  It was difficult at some points, but just when you are about to give up, she changes the exercise.  My favorite part of this one is the floor work.  My abs were screaming, but I definitely know I will be seeing results.  I’m looking forward to next week where even more workouts are being introduced.
